Sometimes we forget

Sometimes we forget to thanks the people that help us. Like my friend Marvin that took the picture that appeared on my first post. He is the one standing next to Professor Joe Moreira in the picture. By the way I want to thanks my parents. Mom thanks for teaching me to be humble and Dad for blessing me with intellectual curiosity. Mr. Raul Papaleo and Mr. Tony Zayas for showing me what real coaches are about. David De Leon for taking me under his wing and guiding me in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. Mr. Fred Mastison from Aikido of Phoenix for giving me the Martial Arts bug. Mr. David Bird from Combat Arnis for instructing me in the importance of footwork and flow. Professor Marcelo Alonso for putting up with me for all these years and keep me grounded. Duc my brother and mentor for guiding me on a wild ride on the combative arts. And to all my training partners past and present because it is hard to spar the air.To Electramama for bringing my caveman typing skills into the blogsphere.
